Aerospace Marketing in Seattle

The Seattle-Tacoma-Bellevue metro had 90 aerospace product and parts establishments employing 70,942 people in 2023, and Boeing's largest workforce anywhere is in Washington. We help aerospace suppliers, machine shops, and service firms in the region win programs with capability-focused websites, ads on LinkedIn and Google aimed at the right roles, and RFQ tracking that survives months of supplier qualification.

Aerospace around Puget Sound

Where the jobs are

County Business Patterns for 2023 put 38,079 aerospace manufacturing employees in Snohomish County, 31,242 in King County, and 1,621 in Pierce. Four establishments in the metro employed 5,000 or more, while 25 had fewer than five employees. Suppliers range from global primes to small specialty shops, and each needs to be found by engineers and buyers searching for specific capabilities.

A second 737 line in Everett

Boeing began production on its North Line in Everett in July 2026, the first time the 737 has been built outside Renton in more than 50 years. With Renton stabilizing at 47 airplanes a month, Boeing says the North Line will handle the additional builds needed for Rate 52 and beyond. That expansion gives nearby suppliers reasons to talk about capacity, location, and delivery.

Founded on the Duwamish

Boeing traces its start to 1916, when Bill Boeing founded the company in a shipyard on Seattle's Duwamish River, and today it runs major facilities in Everett, Renton, Auburn, and Frederickson. Aerospace makes up about 44 percent of the metro's manufacturing employment. For a supplier, that buying power sits within the same metro.

Aerospace supplier hurdles

01

Certifications buried in PDFs

Quality engineers look for AS9100, Nadcap, and ITAR details first. If those are hard to find on your site, you may never make the shortlist.

02

Very long sales cycles

Supplier qualification can take many months and several departments. Steady content and follow-up keep your company visible from first contact to first purchase order.

03

Hiring competes with selling

Your site has to recruit machinists and engineers as well as win orders. We build careers content that holds up in a region with tens of thousands of aerospace jobs.

Areas we serve

We support aerospace suppliers selling from and into these parts of the Puget Sound region:

  • Bellevue
  • Redmond
  • Kirkland
  • Tacoma
  • Everett
  • Capitol Hill
  • Ballard
  • Fremont
  • Renton
  • Bothell

Questions and answers

Yes. The metro had 25 aerospace establishments with fewer than five employees in 2023, along with many larger plants. Smaller shops often win on specialization and speed, and we build sites and campaigns that make those strengths clear to buyers.

It adds production capacity near Everett. Boeing opened the North Line in July 2026 to take on 737 builds beyond Renton's Rate 47. We cannot speak for Boeing's sourcing, but suppliers near the site can market their proximity and capacity to the teams that buy.

LinkedIn for reaching roles at target companies, Google Search for engineers looking up processes and materials, and email nurture for long qualification cycles. Trade shows still matter, so we connect event leads to the same CRM.
